Unique blended wines and olive oils are the hallmark of Eagle Eye Wine and AlphaWOLF Olive Oil. This one of a kind property and concept was created by husband and wife team Roxanne and Bill Wolf. Roxanne is the artist and Bill is the grower/chef who together develop the masterful blends like their world famous “Voluptuous.” “All of our wines are blended to be in balance between fruit, acid and oak with no harsh finish,” states Bill. “We make 6 to 8 different wines each year in that 400 to 700 case range so we may better control the process and quality.
