AlphaWOLF Vineyards has the perfect climate for delivering great structure with forward fruit, soft tannins and dark ripe berries on the finish. We age in small oak barrels just long enough to round out the flavors without overwhelming the fruit.

Just purchased 2006 Infatuation and served it with salmon and roasted butternut squash. Excellent, fruity with a little tart finish to complement the sweetness of the squash. Had never heard of your winery and bought this bottle because I was initially attracted to the label. Keep up the good work. I'm going back tomorrow to get another bottle and try it with pork!
