Eagle Eye 2011 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Eagle Eye Estate Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 is 100% from our Estate AlphaWOLF Vineyards. We picked in late October which allowed the fruit to develop it’s unique character. The terroir is evident in the juicy fruit flavors of our Cabernet Sauvignon. The addition of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot provide the deep purple color and layers of complexity. Ripe raspberries, dark cherries and black currants fill your mouth with that first sip. French oak barrel aging adds silky vanilla to the long, fruit driven finish...A beautiful, elegant wine.
