AlphaWOLF Estate Extra Virgin Unfiltered Olive Oil comes from a beautiful small valley in Napa where the micro-climate is perfectly suited for growing delicious, fruity, rich, pungent olive oil. The 300 Italian olive trees surround the world class red grape varietal AlphaWOLF vineyard. Our terroir and farming practices produce a fruity oil with a refined peppery finish. The olives are harvested by hand and pressed into oil within 12 hours. We are certified Fish Friendly Farming, Napa Green and Sustainable.
